A historic event took place at Toyota Marilao Bulacan as Toyota representatives from various countries visited to attend the very “1st Toyota Regional Field Managers Workshop.” The aim of this gathering was to share knowledge among different delegations while collectively discovering the best practices in Toyota’s management and operations.
As part of the program, the foreign delegates conducted GENBA – a method of direct inspection and observation in the actual workplace to assess the processes, systems, and best practices of Toyota Marilao Bulacan. Through this, they witnessed the sincerity, discipline, excellence, and unwavering dedication of the employees in delivering a high level of service to clients.
At the conclusion of the workshop, all participants expressed their utmost satisfaction and considered this first edition a great success.
